The Subrecipient Grant Administration Manual was created by the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance (ICDVVA) to help subrecipients navigate the complexities of administering their grants. It provides a detailed—though not exhaustive—description of the programmatic and financial guidelines you must follow to administer subgrant funds.
