The Service Standards for Funded Programs set the minimum expectations that ICDVVA-funded programs must meet when delivering services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other crimes. They are built around a victim-centered, trauma-informed, and voluntary-services approach that prioritizes client safety and confidentiality.
Programs unable to meet a specific standard may request a Service Standards Waiver, find the link within; waivers are only granted when there is good cause, client safety is assured, and an acceptable alternative is provided.
